Hi,
I have a issue outputing HD formats in bitstream form. Often my receiver don't output anything but it detect the good surround mode (DTS HD master audio or Dolby True HD) To make it work, I have to reset the player and sometimes select a scene via the menu.
If I switch audio with the remote, it works fine but when I switch again to hd format. No sound at all. Very frustrating.
Exchanged to another S370, same problem, upgraded firmware and hdmi cable, no improvement .
The player's audio settings: HDMI auto, BD audio MIX off. The receiver is a Denon AVR-890.
Someone had the same problem and resolved it ?
All other formats works fine, and when it works, an astouning sound.

Upgraded Denon AVR-890 to Main:00.69 Sub 00.34. It works fine. Case closed.
