I purchased a sony surround sound yesterday (bdv-e370) and it works perfectly on 5.1 when i watch blu-rays but when i change over to hdmi 2 and use my ps3 all 5 speakers work but it doesnt work as surround sound. It's just all the same noise coming out every speak like a stereo rather than surround sound. When i sit and play games i can hear all the sound coming out the rear speakers. My ps3 is set to 5.1 dolby in audio settings. Can anyone suggest what i try? Thanks.
