I have just bought the 1TB Freeview HD box. It was a breeze to setup and I have already recorded HD programmes from BBC HD.
There does not appear to be any editing capability with this unit. I notice however that there is a LAN connection for future expansion, whatever that means?
Does anyone know if there is a way to edit the ads out of programmes or if editing functionality will be added at a later date?
I also have Sony HDD/DVD recorders and the editing capability is excellent - why was this omitted from the HDT1000?
