Can anyone help me get Demand 5 working?

Get to the site, when I try to watch something it just stops at zero time.  Anyone else had this problem & cam help me?  Thanks

I have same issue and 4OD is the same i don't know if this is because of a DRM issue or device software, the bbci player stopped working after the latest nsz software update but that is ok now.The only video is from the ad's and then like you it just stops.

That's exactly the problem I have. The box is a Christmas present for my wife, so I'll have another go at it on Cristmas day :
