The menu button on my A9 III has stopped working. Please help!
@almulroy check if any dust has entered that area, you can get a small air blower to or a brush to gently remove any dust. You can always try to initialize the camera: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2380/v1/en/contents/0601_setting_reset.html?search=reset
Hi. I’ve checked, and the camera is dust-free. However, the menu is inactive, so I’m unable to reset the camera to factory settings using this method.
To me this is something that needs physical inspection, so it's best to contact Sony or the retailer!
