Can anybody tell me how to reset my MySony account? I have two home email addresses and everytime I try to log into MySony I get "A Technical error has ocurred - please try again later" This has gone on for weeks. I have had to use a work email address to create a account just to log in and post this message but I need to go back to my personal email addresses to log into MySony. Thank you

Try clearing the browsers cache and cookies - this is normally the cause of such issues. If that still fails, can you try using the Google Chrome browser instead?

hello, thanks for your replies - I've tried it from multiple computers so it's not a caching issue and also using Chrome but I still get "A technical error has occurred please try again later"
I'm still trying to reset my password on my original, non-work account but without success
