Hi All,
I am a very very frustrated Xperia Z5 user. My phone (which is only 6 months old) has a fault and I sent it off for repair on 10th Oct. I am still without my phone and the only indformation I can get is that they are still awaiting a component. No-one can answer how long that will take and no updates are forthcoming. I only get any information when I call to chase, nothing is emailed or updated on my device update screen. At the end of my tether and wondered if anyone else has had similar experience to offer advice.
