Hx90v connectivity issues

Just been trying to transfer photos from my hx90v camera to my Huawei p20 pro smartphone but having issues. Had no issues early 2019 but now it's terrible. Can't transfer via WiFi or NFC . Have reinstalled Sony imaging edge app but it can't even locate my camera. Can anyone help me?

Please reset your camera to factory defaults and try again afterwards.
