My DSC-HX9V will not recognise when the battery is fully charged. I've used a Sony original NP-BG1 battery, alternating with a compatible one for 18 months with no problems. But now, when the batteries are fully charged and measured at 3.6 volts the green power light will flash, the battery symbol shows 'empty' and the camera shuts down. I've tried two new batteries in the camera but it still cannot recognise that they are charged.
Can anyone please suggest a solution?
