The NEX-5T is a follow-up from the previous 5R and, although it looks quite similar to its predecessor, it has some important new features. This camera’s hottest asset is not just image quality, but also connectivity. NFC (Near Field Communication) is what separates the new 5T from its elder brother. Both cameras have built-in Wi-Fi; however the 5T is the first camera to incorporate NFC, a technology that makes pairing it with phones and tablets available at a single touch.

Sony’s middle-range NEX model comes with a DSLR-sized 16.1MP sensor, a 180-degree tilting LCD touchscreen and a snappy hybrid autofocus. Furthermore, this camera offers an impressive ISO 100-25600 sensitivity range, another plus when taking pictures in low light conditions. The big sensor captures more light so your photos and Full HD videos will display every detail in your shots. And you know what? The body weighs just 218 grams.

The NEX-5T can be combined with a good number of E-mount lenses or even A-mount if you have our adaptor.
