KD-55A1 Keeps rebooting

My KD-55A1 Android TV keeps rebooting on start up. The Android colour dots appear then the TV switches off on its own and the switches on again on its own and so the cycle continues.

Does anyone know how to stop it and get it to start properly?

Have you try to remove It from Main Power for some minutes?
