KD-49XF9005 audio levels between TV and Sky+ box

2018 4K HDR KD-49XF9005 delivered and set up by John Lewis last week. The audio levels when watching programmes through the Sky box are really low as compared to the TV, at least half if not more.

I've been through a number of forums for solutions but can find none that relate to the controls I have on this to or remote handset. Most solutions come from at least a couple of years ago. 

I've set the Sky box to Audio Output to Stereo

and the Digital Audio Output -HDMI to Normal as advised but no change.

I'm on software version : PKG6.5603.0175EUA.

Any advice gladly accepted

It might be worth performing a reset on your KD-49XF9005.
