I’ve just bought a Sony Bravia smart tv. I was hoping to install YouTube, so I could watch videos etc, but when I press the Home button on the remote, as instructed in the manual, nothing happens. It does not bring up any menu. I can get Netflix when I press the Netflix button. Can anyone please tell me what’s wrong?
