Bravia KD-43XG8196

This TV is about six months old. For the first few months I could access all the TV catch-up channels. For the last few weeks I have only been able to access BBC iplayer: ITV Hub, All 4 and My5 will not connect.

I have tried all the reset procedures, including this morning a factory reset and an all-channel update, but without success. 

I can access all these service through my laptop and phone which use the same wifi as the TV so it's not an internet/network problem. 

What can I do? Is my TV faulty?

I've read on here that this can be solved by going through the setup and ensuring that you agree to the terms and conditions for those apps. Can't recall exactly how but if you do a reset then you should be able to go through all the setup screens and make sure you agree to the terms and not skip them.
