yet again a complete failure from your customer support agent! expected yet another call today, typically put the 4-6pm time so as to totally avoid me calling after 6 as the lines are now closed! this is the last straw with you, I will be taking this to trading standards, you owe me a TV that is the same or better under warranty and you failed! i will not accept a sub par product!!!!
