Hi, it's on digital. It generally happens when watching iplayer, ITV hub etc. It also comes up on general channels as well. Thanks

I have just bought the KD-43XG8305. It's very annoying when on a radio channel. Even a radio channel that has a picture. Why can't it be cancelled? Example:
As you can see, it covers some of the text.
Even worse, if the channel is a radio channel when you go to BBC iplayer, you get this:
Not good. Time for a return/refund? Can it be fixed with firmware? Is there a button that I can press?

Hi @BerylP-24
Sorry, I have read your question several times, apart from the fact you have replied to a thread that is over 4 years old, I have no idea what you are asking. It would help us if you started with the full model number of your TV and also provide a full description of your issue.
If I would to guess, it looks like your aerial is out of alignment or pointing towards the wrong transmitter. The striped screen could indicate that your TV is faulty. How long have you had this TV and has it only just starting to going wrong?

No doubt @BerylP-24 has put ‘to’ where she meant to put ‘TV’.
To your questions, I would add the following for her to answer:-
‘Do you have a TV aerial at all?’
’If so, has any other TV worked correctly over it?’
’Do you have any other TVs in the house that work correctly over this aerial?’
My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…

Hey @BerylP-24 Can you tell us if you are using an external device and if you found a triggering event that might cause the issue to happen? this would be really helpful to check.
