Am I right in that the inbuilt interval timer on all the new alpha cameras is the same, in that it only focuses on the first shot on shutter release and doesn't give an option to continuously (re)focus for each shot?
With intervalometers on many other brands, one has the option to set manual focus, single-shot autofocus on the initial frame, or continuous autofocus for each frame.
Does any one have any experience if this continues to be the same on the latest bodies, such as a the A7Siii?
Thanks in advance
Hi floetic,
AFAIK: the camera focusses on every single shot. If not you might want to change the AF mode to AF-C.
Cheers
