Can't log into Playmemories

Hi there,

I'm having problems logging into Playmemories Home so I can download some apps for my Sony A6500.

I have created and account and I know trhat I'm putting in to right username and password but when I click on the photographs in the "I am not a robot" section and verify it, Playmemories comes back and asks me to verify that I'm not a robot even though I have already done so.

No matter how many times I try to log on to Playmemories I still have this issue caused by the "I am not a robot" check.

My laptop is a 2011 MacBook Pro.

Hi,

This could just be a browser glitch of some sorts. Have you tried clearing the cookies on your web browser or even trying to log in using a different one altogether?
