I have a37 Sony Camera which used to operate well for over a year and a half and using different interchangeable lenses, till couple of days ago I have faced an error message as I just start up the camera and this message on black screen blocks everything to operate. .. your assistance is much appreciated.

I'd say to send it into to Sony for service.
or if you have any extended warranty maybe look at using that.

Hi @gnlynbrlt and welcome to the Community
It sounds like the camera needs a hardware repair,
so you're best giving Sony Support a ring.
Does this message occur with other lenses attached?
(I guess you've tried removing the battery etc. too)
