A7CII stuck in firmware update

So recently bought my A7CII ( still under warranty ) and simply was enjoying it, but noticed when filming there was like a slight glitch happening, so i read on the Sony website that there is a fix for this issue with the camera update 1.02. Just tried updating the camera with the steps on the website, and camera now is stuck and will not turn on, i get a light sequence of 5 slow blinks and 9 fast blinks ( i dont know if this even means something ). So i tried also their solution from their official Sony youtube account, but the issue is not getting fixed, so now im left with a brand new camera ( no more than 2500 shutter count ) and not usable. Super worried about this and i hope anyone have some solution for the same.

Have you tried to remove the battery replace the firmware file with a new one (by downloading again) and retry to power the camera with the SD inside and the battery fully charged?

Have you tried to use a different SD card?

Have you tried to format the SD card on a Windows 10/11 OS?

Yeah i have tried literally every possible thing, whatever i saw on youtube, whatever i read, but the camera is just stuck, so i have read a lot of Sony cameras with a firmware update issue, so i would not recommend updating any camera on any firmware. Now reaching Sony support so hopefully they will solve my issue under the warranty.

From the A7rII to the A7iv, I have installed each update without any issues.

I don’t know why some cameras had the problem

Great for you  I have read probably more than 200 firmware updates issues in the last 48 hours especially on the A7iv, and i have tried literally everything. Especially annoyed because i follow every single step, i even bought the SD card that they are using in the video, just to be sure im using everything right, and than some people use a Third party battery even like normal 64GB Sandisk SD card and works for them without an issue.  But best thing out of everything it will be, if we can only somehow return the camera on the basic out of the box version, so we dont have to deal with long wait times from Sony support. Lucky i dont need the camera in the next 2 months, but if this happened like couple of days before some event, it will be really disappointing.
