Does the Sony FE 70-300/4,5-5,6 G OSS, with E-fattning (fullformat) works with a6000?

The lens is actually fullformat and the camera is APC...

Yes, it does!

You only would have issues the other way around DT lens (APS-C) on Full Frame camera.
