My Experia 5II have started to charge very slowly after the second latest software update in the middle of March -22. It is very clear the update had something to do with this, 'couse it was working very well before that. Even after the latest update a couple of weeks ago there has been no change on this matter.
There is no difference in adjusting the battery Stamina settings and no difference toggling other chargers.
