Str-dn 1080 7.1 not working

Went on Netflix and I thought the amp would give me 7.1. I was under the impression of something was in 5.1 that it could turn it into 7.1 but my back speakers won’t work

I have tried to recalibrate my speakers and I get the test tone from each of them so not an issue with them not being connected properly. Any ideas why I can’t get it to work? There is very little out there in 7.1 as everything is in 5.1

many help on what I need to do or what I should be getting would be appreciated.

Try sound fields Direct (Surround Backs same as Surrounds) and Neural:X (intelligent mapping of input source to available speakers) as per page 49 of your amp’s manual:-
