Hi. I’ve had an issue with my soundbar for a few weeks now. Whilst watching a movie or tv program I notice the wireless sub flashing red halfway through and no bass at all coming from it. Also, when I do a sound test, I can’t hear anything from the sub unless it’s cranked up full, even then it’s not a bass sound but a faint noise. Looking on the Q&A’s, it states that a flashing red light on the sub means it’s overheating. I don’t believe there’s any possible way it would be overheating. It’s near the soundbar and has plenty of space around it with nothing blocking the vents. Of course it’s out of warranty now. Is anyone experiencing a similar ? I must admit I’m very disappointed with my recent Sony purchases. This is the third product I have with apparent quality control issues.
