    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 1 year old HT-ST9 is now display "Please Wait" constantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried holding the&amp;nbsp;power button and minus key down for five seconds on the device &amp;nbsp;itself to do a reset but that doesn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if the device attempted a firmware update itself but note a recent update on the Sony site for September 2016. &amp;nbsp;I also&amp;nbsp;googled "Sony soundbar please wait" and&amp;nbsp;got some hits on this model but no solutions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any idea how l can solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you will probably need to contact an authorised Sony repair centre in order to get this fixed.&lt;/P&gt;
