Hovering over the text displays the following definition:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When a 4:3 picture is enlarged to the 16:9 format, some parts of the image at the top and bottom of the screen are lost.
