Replacement stand

I’m looking for a replacement stand for my Bravia KDL-42W829B. I have the long metal bit with rubber feet but I don’t have the brackets or screws. Also the VESA thing I’m finding a bit confusing as I have no idea how this works. Is there a universal stand that would be suitable or would you know where I could source the necessary brackets and screws. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Johnny96, if what you're referring to is the neck for the stand and you have the base itself then the product number for the neck is 4-462-165-02.

For the screws it should be M4x11, you can check for them at the nearest Sony retailer.

Hi Griffin_door thanks for your reply. I do have the base and it is just the brackets and screws that I need, however can you confirm that it is just the neck I need to get as I thought I saw somewhere that the neck/bracket was a 2 piece assembly for each side. Thanks.

Hi again, yes i think if you have the whole base of the stand as you mentioned then you should be missing the neck part only.
