KDL-43WF663 - Access to Home

Hello,

I recently updated the software and now I can only access the home menu for Prime etc., by pressing the digital/analogue button on the remote first, and then Home. Anyone know why? Beforehand I could press Home and it would take me there directly.

It should work by pressing on the HOME button only, i would suggest to do a power cycle.

If it didn't solve the issue, you can do a factory reset.

Thanks for your reply. Power cycle works sometimes but not always, and a factory reset hasn't made a difference. Very frustrating not being able to access the internet conveniently.
