Home button doesn’t work with Sky Q Mini?

Apologies if this is a silly question but...

Today, I bought a Sony Bravia KDL-32WD75, have connected it to the home WiFi, and then also a Sky Mini Q box. When I’m watching the Sky Q feed, the Home button (and others around it) don’t work. If I want to connect to something else like Amazon Prime, or YouTube, I have to switch off the Sky Q, and only then will the Home button work (and then I go AllApps). I’ve got a couple of other TV’s in other rooms and they switch seamlessly between Sky and the apps. I.e. I don’t have to switch Sky off first. Am I missing something or is this a Sony TV ‘thing’? (The one exception is Netflix which has its own button - that switches seamlessly). Thks

The TV Home button should work irrespective of the input being used. I would start by rebooting the TV (hold down the remote power button for about 10 seconds until you see Power off). You may have to resort to a full factory reset.
