55WF665 internet and sound problem

I purchase a smart TV 50WF665 last month and seems to have problem to connect to internet (especially you tube and neflix). Some time is working but most of the time not. I have to restart the wireless, unpluge the Tv cable etc in order to work. Some movie or programs has problem with background sound. Not very pleasunt. I had much more expectetion from my new Sony tv. But to much problems. Please help.

Have you tried connecting to a different network like a mobile hotspot?

Yes I try. And the problem remain. For tablet, phone etc no problem to connect.

Is the software of the TV up to date? Have you tried factory resetting it?
