Cannot find any channels on KDL-32WE613

Hi all

I hope someone can help me.

I have just recently purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-32WE613, and when searching for channels - any channels - it comes back with zero/nothing?!?

I have tried using the TV aerial on the roof (which I know works because the downstairs aerial picks up all the Freeview channels), and I have also bought an SLX indoor aerial (which Best Buy)... when I do a digital search or analogue search it comes back with nothing.

Either I'm doing something wrong, or there's something I'm not doing...

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
