32WD752SU NO ITV ,ch4 catchup, why

The tv was a gift but it only seems to ha ve bbc catchup, none of the others. Should they be there and if so how do I sort the problem please?

Hi Kpaller1,

The full catchup services are available for Android TVs. This model is a Non Android TV. It supports only BBC iPlayer from the catchup apps. It has access to other preinstalled apps like BBC News and BBC Sports, Netflix and Youtube.
