    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have recently been gifted a Sony Bravia KDL-65HX955 TV. It appears to have never been updated or connected to the internet, so when you turn it on, it automatically loads in shop mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have followed all the instructions on the website but it appears that it needs a system update. We have tried to connect it to the internet to do this (error and wont connect) so have resorted to doing a USB update. Followed all the instructions as per the website - inserted the USB, it goes to load for a millisecond and then comes up with "error".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried the restart with the USB connected and still "error".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where do we go from here? How can I fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
