No 24p in built-in apps?

Hello Sony,

I own a KD-55XE7077 Bravia, why don't built-in Netflix and YouTube support 24p playback natively? The TV plays 24p fine from external sources (BD player, nVidia Shield etc.) but the built-in apps only lock at 60 Hz. You know the 2:3 pulldown is pretty noticable to a trained eye. 24p looks much better.

Any official explanation from Sony? Just curious..

Hi Jaroslav91,

Since the TV can play 24p from external sources I don't think it's an issue with the TV but that rather a limitation from the apps themselves so I think it's best to check with YouTube or Netflix about this.
