    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Sony 55KD-XE7002BU, 55 inch about two weeks ego.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The picture is great, the sound is poor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However , i have a serious problem with the screen :-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When switch on the tv I get the top of the screen about 3 inchs from end to end black, it last about 6 seconds and it clears by itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I connect to Youtube or Netflix I do not get the black screen, but I get it again when I return back to sky tv.!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacred Sony support, they said it was to do with the sky box! need updating!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contcted Sky they said nothing to do with the box! I do not know what to do!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thinking of retutnig the TV .I am worried it will get worse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried turning off the info screen to see if this makes any difference (&lt;SPAN&gt;Home &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Channel setup &amp;gt; Info screen)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn’t help, the other thing it could be related to is the quality of your HDMI cables (so you could try better quality cables to see if this helps).&lt;/P&gt;
