How do I enter a '&' or '-' signs as part of user names or passwords using the internet keyboard on m Sony KDL-46EX524 tv?

Hi there

When the onscreen keyboard is active, try pressing one of the coloured buttons on the tv remote control. Could be green or blue? You may need to press it a couple of times to cycle through a couple of other options.
