Netflix is not available on 2011 TVs such as the EX723 range. Sorry.

Sometimes the issue relates to an incorrect version/firmware of Netflix. So if the firmware is not available, you can not use Netflix on a KDL-46EX723.

Firmware will not resolve the issue as Netflix is not available on a Bravia KDL-46EX723 without adding additional hardware..
