help with picture settings plz Sony KDL48W705CBU

I mostly play movies/tv shows through my pc, and pc/ps4 gaming. could really use some help with which settings are best. i've been tinkering but i can't find any detailed info about this tv.

Its hard to recommend the 'perfect' settings as mainly it is individual taste. See Sony's guide :
