Hi All,

I would appreciate if someone help me.

I have a Sony KLD-37EX521 Tv. The current firmware version is PKG4.027EUA-0104.

I found a new firmware on the web, here:

Which version is PKG4.131EUL-0108. Automatically does not find the TV the new firmware.

I tought I download it, put to an USB pendrive (as the description told) and Switched off the TV after inserted the USB pen drive.

Nothing was happen at all.

What will be the problem?

Maybe it will be a problem, if the TV KLD-37EX521 not in the list?

I think you should look for an update that includes "EUA" in the name, like your current version, and not "EUL".

If you have a Sony site local to where you bought the TV it may be available there. Otherwise, try searching in other local Sony sites: UK, IT, FR...
