Sony Braiva Track ID not working - network error

Hi,

I am getting a network error when I try to use the Track ID on my Sony Bravia T.V. The only thing that works is a factory reset. I already tried a factory reset and had to put the digital channels in the right place afterwards, now track ID is not working again and I don't want to have to keep doing factory reset and loose all my settings.

Is there any way to fix the Track ID ?
