Hi,

ive searched this subject online and on this forum and most issues seem to be fixed. I've only just got a Netflix account so have only just pressed tried to access via the red Netflix button on the remote. My message is 'the service cannot be accessed at this time'. I tried an Internet update but no joy. The tv is under a year old.

there isn't an App on the App section for Netflix either

i would appreciate any help
