    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, recently suscribed to netflix but can't get it to work on my tv. I have a KDL-50W289B. i tried to connect through the app but it says i can't connect to netflix server 2 or 3. However netflix server 1 and my internet connection are fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do, tried updating and in help menu and says i have current version and also tried refreshing internet settings but still not good. tried the old power off and on, also my other apps are working fine, like bbc iplayer etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice would be greatly apreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a Netflix specific issue.&amp;nbsp; Try going through the troubleshooting advice from Netflix:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.netflix.com/en/node/461" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.netflix.com/en/node/461&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend rebooting your ISPs router (or switching it off for about 30 mins and switching it back on again).&lt;/P&gt;
