Bluetooth problems

I Have a KDL46W905A TV and can not get it to recognise my Laptop through a bluetooth connection.

I have checked that the software has been updated on the TV which it tells me is the most current download.

The laptop recognises the TV and gives me a code of numbers that should appear on the TV but the TV can not find any other hardware not even my mobile.

Is this a common problem does anyone have a solution?

Hi there

You can only connect a mouse to the TV using bluetooth, hence the reason why you cannot via bluetooth to the laptop.
