File Format (KDL-47W807A)

Hi All

I have downloaded load of movies in MP4 format and they have all worked without any problems. Recently I have downloaded 3 movies and during play back a error message is displayed on the TV "Unsupported Content". The movies play absolutely fine, audio and picture quality is 100% fine. How can you remove the "Unsuppoted Content" message as it is constantly being displayed? Is there a "Back" button, like a Sky remote?

There is a post on these forums : HERE and I have seen this problem posted on another forum to.

Unfortunately I have not seen a fix for this, it appears it may be a bug that needs investigating. I would suggest contacting Sony : HERE to report this problem including as much information as possible.

In regards to a "back" button on the remote. There is a "Return" button. Is that what your meaning?
