    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I currently have a KDL-42W705b which ive only had around 3 months, it has 2 stuck pixels in the bottom right hand corner. I'm just wondering if i can get it replaced free of charge? and If they can send me a new tv and I give the old one to the driver, as I dont want to be without a tv at all. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;From my understanding, Sony has a policy on the number of "stuck or dead pixels" that is allowable before an exchange - but its also the placement of those pixels too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I dont have this number to hand,however as the TV is rather new, your first port of call would be the retailer you puchased it from.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All else fails contact Sony Support : &lt;A href="https://shop.sony.eu/shop/mimes/openAccess/legal/contact-us/contact_en_GB.html" target="_blank"&gt;HERE &lt;/A&gt;and ask.&lt;/P&gt;
