Sony Bravia W805a Reboots

Hi,

I have the latest firmware installed PKG4.201EUA.

The problem is that when i turn on Youtube app, the TV crashes and reboot.

Sometime a red indicator flashes, sometime not, just reboot.

Rarely Youtube app starts up, but most of the time it crashes.

With previous fw I did not have any problems.

Please help

Hi there

Considering you have the latest firmware - I would recommend that you factory reset your TV. This may clear any issues. If you have any custom settings (ie picture settings), it might be best to write them down, to re-input them back after the factory reset.

OK, I did a factory reset.

Now it seems to be working (youtube).

Hope thats a solution.
