Bravia KDL-24EX320 no video on iPlayer

Hi,

Got a recreatable problem with my KDL-24EX320 with iPlayer. Almost like clockwork, daily, it refuses to play the video on SD and HD streams from BBC iPlayer. The sound does however get streamed every time. The video transport controls are visible and you can seek through the stream but the video output is black.

I can resolve the issue by powering off the device entirely and powering back up every time.

Can someone at Sony please look at this as it's rather annoying having to crawl around to unplug it once a day.

Hi there

Can you try a factory reset on the TV, as this can clear any "gremlins" that may occur.

Just to add: I've tried it on:

1. ADSL connection to Andrews & Arnold via Technicolor router over ethernet.

2. ADSL connection to Sky via Sky Hub WiFi (neighbours' wifi was tested with permission).

Same result on both connections.
