I can't connect to the internet on my KDLEX503

I connected to the internet using the sony usb for a couple of days but now i can't acquire internet content. The wireless device is OK, local access is OK and Internet access is OK. But when I refresh internet content it authenticates but doesn't go past "Acquiring Internet content". What do I do next ?

I'd suggest doing a firmware update via USB and then a full reset and you should be in business with any luck. Do feedback if it works or not.

i had same problem,everything was conected as it should be but i had no internet connection---

solution was "SOFT RESET"!!!!!

i found this on american website and it worked!!search google for bravia soft reset,as i remember it was

holding the turn off botton on the tv,and pressing one of the bottoms on the remote control-but

i cant remember which one.
