Caricabatteria portatile CP-V3A. Problema con Windows

Hi guys,

newbie here.

I was trying to get support on Twitter but apparently nothing for these kinds of products.

here's the deal: As always I plugged the charger into the laptop to charge it via USB.

Surprise! Windows does not recognise it anymore so It is basically useless now.

I guess it has to do with the fact that on that laptop I had recently change the system going back to 7 (I had 😎 but I tried on others PC and laptop and they do not recognise the charger anymore.

ANy help?

probably need the driver to install it again but nothing on the web about that.

sono un neofita.

Ho provato ad ottenere supporto via Twitter, ma sembra che non sia possibile per questi tipi di prodotti. Ecco il problema: come sempre ho inserito il caricabatterie nel laptop per caricarlo via USB. Sorpresa! Windows non lo riconosce più, quindi praticamente adesso è inutilizzabile. Credo che abbia a cha fare con il fatto che il mio laptop sia recentemente ritornato al sistema operativo 7 (avevo l’8), ma ho provato con altri PC e laptop e non riconoscono più il caricabatterie.

Potete aiutarmi?

Probabilmente è necessario installare nuovamente il driver, ma non ho trovato nulla in proposito sul web.

Apprezzerei il vostro aiuto.
