However last week after a restart her wifi failed. It cant be activated anymore. Currently the value "02:00:00:00:00:00" is shown as the wifi mac address, which seems like a common andoid problem. I tried several factory resets and restoring with the official Xperia companion tool but nothing helped so far.</DIV><DIV class="gmail_default">&nbsp;</DIV><DIV class="gmail_default">Any further suggestions how to fix this issue?
